Veterinarian
I grew up in Israel and from a young age, always knew I wanted to help animals and become a veterinarian. I did my undergraduate studies at Los Angeles Pierce College Pre-Vet program and received my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. I also completed a Masters of Public Health degree (MPH) through Michigan State University
College of Human Medicine
Since graduating, I've been practicing companion animal medicine in LA and enjoy working with dogs, cats and their loving human parents. I have a special interest in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) and trained in small animal acupuncture through the Chi Institute University, Florida. I enjoy offering palliative care for geriatric pets, orthopedic, neurological, and internal medicine cases, with the goal of improving their quality of life and comfort level for as long as possible, while applying the least invasive medicine/techniques. This, I believe, is our way of giving back to our pets during their elderly years and time of need, in return for the lifetime of unconditional love and joy they bring into our lives. I value being a part of your pet's health, which I see as a continuous teamwork triangle between you, the pet parents, the veterinary team, and of course our furry friends themselves.
During my free time, I enjoy hiking, spending time in nature and visiting new places/countries when possible to explore new cultures/foods and people.
